Boron Carbide Powder
B4C
99.5% pure
Applications: Boron Carbide is an exceptionally hard chemical product used in the Grinding, Lapping and Polishing industry. It is also manufactured into nozzles for slurry pumping and water jet cutters. B4C is an excellent absorbent for neutron radiation and therefore is used in nuclear power plants for shielding, control rods and shut down pellets.
