Yttrium Aluminate Single Crystal
(YAlO3, Perovskite – YAP)
Yttrium Aluminate-Perovskite (YAP) crystals is an important crystal substrate material with excellent optical performance, physical and chemical properties. YAP crystal has a similar structure to YAG crystals.
Rare-earth and transition-metal ions doped with YAP are widely used for laser applications, scintillators, holographic record and optical data storage, dosimeters for ionizing irradiation and substrates for HTSC Film growth.
