Hastelloy X Powder
Hastelloy® X alloy (UNS N06002 (W86002) is a nickel-chromium-iron-molybdenum alloy that possesses an exceptional combination of oxidation resistance, fabricability and high-temperature strength. It has also been found to be exceptionally resistant to stress-corrosion cracking in petrochemical applications. Hastelloy® X alloy exhibits good ductility after pro-longed exposure at temperatures of 1200, 1400, 1600°F (650, 760 and 870°C) for 16,000 hours.
Applications:
Hastelloy® X atomized metal spherical powder is an excellent choice for a 3D printing additive.
Hastelloy® X powder can be used in Aerospace (disk, jet engines), Medical (orthodontic implants, devices, dental), Automotive (rapid prototyping, cladding of valves & shafts), Tooling (injection mold, complex tooling), Electronics (3D interconnects, thin film transistors) and in Consumer goods (phone accessories, jewelry, lighting)
